I've honestly had an amazing experience. I recently moved and still commute to see Dr. Le because her bedside manner and care for her patients is worth the 2 1/2 hour drive. She takes the time to know her patients and their wants/needs. She will go above and beyond to make sure you leave her office feeling better than you came in. On top of this, her staff is so welcoming and easy to talk to. It's a small office but you can quickly tell that everyone truly enjoys working there and all have a passion for service and community. more

I had s very good experience with Dr. Le snd her stsff. They are skilled and very professional. Dr. L's patient interaction is excellent. She listens intently and is very sensitive to your needs. I recently had a moderate procedure done that required at least 12 shots of novocaine. I was apprehensive anout the injections. Dr Le delivered them without any pain. I have seen Dr. Le many times before. I made an appointment to see Dr. Le for a tooth that was bothering me and needed to extracted for last week. I am so glad I went to see her and was under her care. Her office was very clean and her staff was very professional. She was very careful and gentle while removing my tooth, that I didn’t realize it was out until she told me we were all done. My recovery was very quick. There was only minor discomfort and very little bleeding after the procedure. I will continue to trust Dr. Le with my future oral health needs. more

I've only had pleasant experiences every time I visited! From the woman at front desk, to the hygienists, to Dr. Katrina Le - everyone is just so sweet, friendly, and caring. They really know their stuff, are good at what they do, and are very accommodating. - I've never waited longer than 5 min for my appointment. - I'm always, always greeted with smiles - They are NOT pushy with extra services like many other offices. - They will show me all my x-rays and photos, explain the issue, and what my options are and ask me what I want to do - They never rush you if you have questions - They try to get pre-approval for things so you know how much it will cost upfront - The office may not be flashy or fancy, but it is always clean and they take safety precautions during COVID. Growing up with an addition to candy and soda, not flossing, and having bad genes, I've seen my share of dentists. I was extremely bothered learning that 2 cavities, 1 root canal, and 2 caps later, I still had to extract a problem tooth of mine. It was entirely infected and needed a bone graft. I shopped around and Katrina Le was so kind, patient, empathetic, genuinely cares about her patients, and experienced. From initial opinion, billing, to treatment and checkups, she made everything so comfortable. She explained everything clearly, gave me all my options, and double checked with my insurance before beginning treatment. When I came in for tooth extraction and bone graft, she saw me promptly. She let me know what was going on through every step of the process so I'd understand what she was working on. She kept checking to see how i felt throughout the process. She provided glasses to protect my eyes and a small pillow. Bonus points - she has tiny hands and very slender fingers, so she has a really gentle touch and I don't have to stretch my mouth out to an uncomfortable level. Might sound random but if you have a small mouth like mine, it's a big difference from other dentists! After treatment, she spent extra time to let me know what she did, why, show photos, and give post-treatment instructions. I never felt rushed despite her having to go overtime. She is readily available for questions as well. I thought I messed up the bone graft and she squeezed me in within hours to check it out. It ended up being fine. She explains the procedures required and makes sure you understand.She has some very modern equipment - 3D imagers and a crown-making CNC machine. No temporaries needed here. I got my permanent crown the very day I went in to have the old cracked one replaced!During procedures, she regularly asks how you're doing - I really appreciate that.I recently discovered that she'll take care of emergency situations for you in very short order. You can tell that she is very concerned for your well-being.I recommend her to everyone that I hear needs dental work. more

I never feel any pain in spite of her performing material dental work on me, including two crowns.2) She has very small fingers which makes a big difference in the comfort of her treatment. Dr. Le spent the time necessary to show me the pictures, explain the possible outcome of not treating the tooth and the steps necessary, involving two visits, to repair it. Dr. Le is my favorite dentist of all time. I have been a patient for about 4 years and I have always needed a lot of dental attention. She installed two implants, which were complicated and difficult and both have turned out perfect. She always seems up on the most modern techniques and products. She explains complicated procedures in a very understandable way and lets you be in on the decisions that you should be in on. She's very pleasant, caring, up-beat, attractive and attentive. So this is the third dentist I've seen at this location, so I don't know if I'm more loyal to the dentists, or the office. But in any case, after first going to Dr LoGrasso in the 80's, and then Dr Arita for many years, it was nice to see that she had found a good replacement in Dr Katrina Le. She has a very good manner and explains what's going to happen and what the options are. Until last week, I'd only been there for cleanings, but I needed a filling replaced last time, and they did a great job of explaining to me what was going to happen and what the side effects and ongoing issues might be. The numbing was uneventful, although Dr Le apologized for the pain I might be feeling. The filling looks great, and my tooth doesn't hurt any more. A new thing is taking digital pictures while they're working to show you what's going on. more

Dr. Le and her staff did an amazing job! What's particularly great is that she walks you through the entire process, making sure you know what is going on, as well as showing you before and after pictures in "real time". I also agree with other reviewers that numbing syringe applications there were pretty much painless, and I had very little soreness afterwards. Overall a great office. I'm actually a little sad that I'm moving to another state so soon now that I found the perfect dentist :-) more

I came to Dr. Le due to a poor experience with a dentist in Palo Alto. Wow, not only was the problem identified - the Doctor who had worked on me nicked root of #14 and slapped a crown on it and called it good. If you never had a healthy nerve nicked let me tell you death is a better option! The pain was so bad, I swore I would remove the tooth myself. A friend told me about Dr. Le and about a week later, terrified I went in to see her. The office is clean, the staff is friendly and they all work together as one unit. I can't recall the last time I saw that in a small personal office.Dr. Lee confirmed, yes, the other dentist nicked the root of 14 - but the tooth was still alive, and we wouldn't have to do a root canal right away and maybe not al all.More importantly, Dr. Le found I had a cavity and dying tooth on the other side of my mouth. WHAT? I was shocked the other dentist hadn't caught that big grey spot and my complaining about the pain where the root canal was now going to take place.Dr. Le, shared the photos, we talked about a plan of action and we did a root canal right there in the office to save the tooth. Scheduled an appointment for the cavity for the following week.I have been back to check the pain on #14; had my teeth cleaned and brought my son and his father to this amazing doctor.Thank you Dr. Le, I had no idea that good dentist are out there! more

I got my three fillings done one morning this week. I did not feel even a prick of the tooth numbing syringe needle before filling started. Dr Le was so gentle that there was no pain during filling and no sore gums afterwards either. I had so much problem last time with another dentist. I've been a patient of Dr. Le for three years. I've had four wisdom teeth removed, two crowns, a problem with an old crown repaired, and a few fillings. I was travelling to San Francisco from San Jose because she's *that good*, and I'm VERY excited that her offices are now in Mountain View. She's always done excellent work and is very good about following up with her patients. She shows that she believes in individualized care. She's very friendly, and very enthusiastic about the work she does. She'll bend over backwards to make sure you have a comfortable experience, and I'm picky about these things because I've got unusual innervation in my mouth that makes it hard to have a comfortable experience with almost any other dentist. With Dr. Le, I've started to think about dentistry as an experience as painless as getting my oil changed. Absolutely fantastic dentist. I would recommend her to anyone. more

I really enjoyed Katrina Le as a dentist. The staff was very "efficient" with bad bedside manner... My teeth weren't appropriately flossed, my mouth kept being jabbed and cut from them forcefully taking my x-rays. Also, never in my life have I ever been asked to hold the x-ray machine while its shooting my x-rays... It was bad manners. But they were nice people, just not the best bedside manner.. more

But, my recent visit at Dr. Katrina Le's office was fantastic. The cleaning did not hurt one bit and I can say that I almost enjoyed it! I use to go to Dr. Le when I was living in San Jose. I first went to see her when my tooth broke from eating a hard piece of candy. I was very nervous during my first visit with Dr. Le but she explained everything very thoroughly and fixed my tooth without any discomfort. I didn't even feel the shot or have sensitivity afterwards which was surprising because my teeth usually are sensitive for at least a couple months after I get dental work. I think that's when you know you found a good dentist. more

Dr Katrina is fantastic. I like how she explains ahead what to expect, and then post procedure takes a moment to explain and show pictures of what has been done.
I've honestly had an amazing experience. I recently moved and still commute to see Dr. Le because her bedside manner and care for her patients is worth the 2 1/2 hour drive. She takes the time to know her patients and their wants/needs. She will go above and beyond to make sure you leave her office feeling better than you came in. On top of this, her staff is so welcoming and easy to talk to. It's a small office but you can quickly tell that everyone truly enjoys working there and all have a passion for service and community.

This review is on behalf of my 93 year old father. Dr Le is amazingly caring and compassionate. My father can be difficult at times, suffers from dementia and has severe mobility issues. His 93 year old teeth are in bad shape and she’s working hard to maintain what he’s got.
Dr. Katrina was very patient in explaining the situations and provided professional advice on what should be done next. I'm very pleased with the experience.

I had s very good experience with Dr. Le snd her stsff. They are skilled and very professional. Dr. L's patient interaction is excellent. She listens intently and is very sensitive to your needs. I recently had a moderate procedure done that required at least 12 shots of novocaine. I was apprehensive anout the injections. Dr Le delivered them without any pain. I was amazed by her technique and so very relieved that I didnt experience any pain. 5 stars for Dr. Le.

I have seen Dr. Le many times before. I made an appointment to see Dr. Le for a tooth that was bothering me and needed to extracted for last week. I am so glad I went to see her and was under her care. Her office was very clean and her staff was very professional. She was very careful and gentle while removing my tooth, that I didn’t realize it was out until she told me we were all done. My recovery was very quick. There was only minor discomfort and very little bleeding after the procedure. I will continue to trust Dr. Le with my future oral health needs.

I've only had pleasant experiences every time I visited! From the woman at front desk, to the hygienists, to Dr. Katrina Le - everyone is just so sweet, friendly, and caring. They really know their stuff, are good at what they do, and are very accommodating. - I've never waited longer than 5 min for my appointment. - I'm always, always greeted with smiles - They are NOT pushy with extra services like many other offices. - They will show me all my x-rays and photos, explain the issue, and what my options are and ask me what I want to do - They never rush you if you have questions - They try to get pre-approval for things so you know how much it will cost upfront - The office may not be flashy or fancy, but it is always clean and they take safety precautions during COVID. They have taken my insurance across 3 different plans across the years, so I hope I can continue going here for years to come :)

I had a wonderful dental experience with Dr. Le. Her free consult was very professional. She suspected that I had decay under the crown and a filling. She was right on! ( I chose to have my crown replaces while I waited, therefore a 2 1/2 hour visit.). Dr. Le is very personable and asked often if I was comfortable/ok. I was extremely bothered learning that 2 cavities, 1 root canal, and 2 caps later, I still had to extract a problem tooth of mine. It was entirely infected and needed a bone graft. I shopped around and Katrina Le was so kind, patient, empathetic, genuinely cares about her patients, and experienced. From initial opinion, billing, to treatment and checkups, she made everything so comfortable. She explained everything clearly, gave me all my options, and double checked with my insurance before beginning treatment. When I came in for tooth extraction and bone graft, she saw me promptly. She let me know what was going on through every step of the process so I'd understand what she was working on. She kept checking to see how i felt throughout the process. She provided glasses to protect my eyes and a small pillow. Bonus points - she has tiny hands and very slender fingers, so she has a really gentle touch and I don't have to stretch my mouth out to an uncomfortable level. Might sound random but if you have a small mouth like mine, it's a big difference from other dentists! After treatment, she spent extra time to let me know what she did, why, show photos, and give post-treatment instructions. I never felt rushed despite her having to go overtime. She is readily available for questions as well. I thought I messed up the bone graft and she squeezed me in within hours to check it out. It ended up being fine. I highly recommend her for everything from tooth cleanings to cavity work, and more complicated care. She's great at what she does.
Dr. Le is diligent to ascertain your issues and attentive while listening. She explains the procedures required and makes sure you understand.She has some very modern equipment - 3D imagers and a crown-making CNC machine. No temporaries needed here. I got my permanent crown the very day I went in to have the old cracked one replaced!During procedures, she regularly asks how you're doing - I really appreciate that.I recently discovered that she'll take care of emergency situations for you in very short order. You can tell that she is very concerned for your well-being.I recommend her to everyone that I hear needs dental work.

I'm very happy I found this dental office. We moved to Mountain View from Oakland, so I was looking for a new dentist in the area. Katrina Le and her team made my old dentist office seem so subpar... the dental hygienist here gave me the most thorough cleaning/exam I have ever had. Then after when I saw the dentist, she had showed me things that my previous dentist missed. I feel like everyone here is super knowledgeable, experienced and friendly!
I had a cleaning appointment and Diana my hygienist was very attentive to the few concerns I had about my teeth and offered some suggestions to help me. I received a clean bill of health and I look forward to my next cleaning in 6 months.
I've been a Dr. Le's patient since she began her practice in Mt. View. 1) She is extremely gentle. I never feel any pain in spite of her performing material dental work on me, including two crowns.2) She has very small fingers which makes a big difference in the comfort of her treatment. The benefits from this cannot be overstated.3) She is very conscientious about finding problems before the tooth fails.4) She is conservative in suggesting treatment and does not recommend a procedure unless it is necessary.She is an excellent dentist and I recommend her without any reservations whatsoever.

Dr. Le performed a tooth implant for me. She was professional and extremely gentle. The entire process from the screw insertion into the gum line, to the selection of the crown coloration was done with highest level of care. I give Dr. Le two tooth up!!!

Her procedures are all very well done; if she doesn't like a result, she devotes her time and effort to achieve perfect results! She recently put in two crowns over two dental implants. One crown didn't fit against the gum line correctly, so she returned it to the dental lab twice! I am totally satisfied with her work.

I've been seeing Katrina for over a year now and all I can say is she's nothing short of great. Always has suggestions on improvements she can make, and has a very friendly staff. Definitely recommend for anyone who works in the area.
When I visited Dr. Le, a broken tooth showed up on x-ray. Dr. Le spent the time necessary to show me the pictures, explain the possible outcome of not treating the tooth and the steps necessary, involving two visits, to repair it. I chose to have it repaired. I was amazed on the first visit at her competence and gentleness and was not disappointed on the second visit. I highly recommend this dentist.

From the moment I stepped into this office I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Katrina Le really takes good pride in taking care of her patients and making sure they are 150% satisfied in everything she does. Early this year I found out I had to get a dental implant and she made she I understand the procedure completely and felt comfortable with all the steps. After 6 months I have finished my implants and my smile looks perfect ever since. I highly recommend her as a dentist because she truly cares for her patients!

Dr. Le is my favorite dentist of all time. I have been a patient for about 4 years and I have always needed a lot of dental attention. She installed two implants, which were complicated and difficult and both have turned out perfect. She always seems up on the most modern techniques and products. She explains complicated procedures in a very understandable way and lets you be in on the decisions that you should be in on. She's very pleasant, caring, up-beat, attractive and attentive. What more could you ask for?
So this is the third dentist I've seen at this location, so I don't know if I'm more loyal to the dentists, or the office. But in any case, after first going to Dr LoGrasso in the 80's, and then Dr Arita for many years, it was nice to see that she had found a good replacement in Dr Katrina Le. She has a very good manner and explains what's going to happen and what the options are. Until last week, I'd only been there for cleanings, but I needed a filling replaced last time, and they did a great job of explaining to me what was going to happen and what the side effects and ongoing issues might be. The numbing was uneventful, although Dr Le apologized for the pain I might be feeling. The filling looks great, and my tooth doesn't hurt any more. A new thing is taking digital pictures while they're working to show you what's going on.
Dr. Le and her staff did an amazing job! What's particularly great is that she walks you through the entire process, making sure you know what is going on, as well as showing you before and after pictures in "real time". I also agree with other reviewers that numbing syringe applications there were pretty much painless, and I had very little soreness afterwards. Overall a great office. I'm actually a little sad that I'm moving to another state so soon now that I found the perfect dentist :-)
Katrina and her staff did an amazing job! I usually don't go too often to the dentist due to a traumatic experience some years ago. After seeing her, however, I have changed my routine and am much more comfortable with the idea of periodic cleanings.

I came to Dr. Le due to a poor experience with a dentist in Palo Alto. Wow, not only was the problem identified - the Doctor who had worked on me nicked root of #14 and slapped a crown on it and called it good. If you never had a healthy nerve nicked let me tell you death is a better option! The pain was so bad, I swore I would remove the tooth myself. A friend told me about Dr. Le and about a week later, terrified I went in to see her. The office is clean, the staff is friendly and they all work together as one unit. I can't recall the last time I saw that in a small personal office.Dr. Lee confirmed, yes, the other dentist nicked the root of 14 - but the tooth was still alive, and we wouldn't have to do a root canal right away and maybe not al all.More importantly, Dr. Le found I had a cavity and dying tooth on the other side of my mouth. WHAT? I was shocked the other dentist hadn't caught that big grey spot and my complaining about the pain where the root canal was now going to take place.Dr. Le, shared the photos, we talked about a plan of action and we did a root canal right there in the office to save the tooth. Scheduled an appointment for the cavity for the following week.I have been back to check the pain on #14; had my teeth cleaned and brought my son and his father to this amazing doctor.Thank you Dr. Le, I had no idea that good dentist are out there!
I got my three fillings done one morning this week. I did not feel even a prick of the tooth numbing syringe needle before filling started. Dr Le was so gentle that there was no pain during filling and no sore gums afterwards either. I had so much problem last time with another dentist. I would highly recommend this practice to anybody and everybody.
I only have great things to say about Katrina Le. Her staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. She is very gentle and understanding of my comfort. As much as I hate going to the dentist, I love going to Katrina for my dental work.

I've gone here twice now and been very happy both times. Both the doctors and the staff are excellent. They're quick, kind, courteous, and knowledgeable, and it really feels like they take care of everything for you. They remind me when my cleanings are due, and make booking the appointments fast and almost automatic. Couldn't ask for more.

I've been a patient of Dr. Le for three years. I've had four wisdom teeth removed, two crowns, a problem with an old crown repaired, and a few fillings. I was travelling to San Francisco from San Jose because she's *that good*, and I'm VERY excited that her offices are now in Mountain View. She's always done excellent work and is very good about following up with her patients. She shows that she believes in individualized care. She's very friendly, and very enthusiastic about the work she does. She'll bend over backwards to make sure you have a comfortable experience, and I'm picky about these things because I've got unusual innervation in my mouth that makes it hard to have a comfortable experience with almost any other dentist. With Dr. Le, I've started to think about dentistry as an experience as painless as getting my oil changed. Absolutely fantastic dentist. I would recommend her to anyone.

I really enjoyed Katrina Le as a dentist. The staff was very "efficient" with bad bedside manner... My teeth weren't appropriately flossed, my mouth kept being jabbed and cut from them forcefully taking my x-rays. Also, never in my life have I ever been asked to hold the x-ray machine while its shooting my x-rays... It was bad manners. But they were nice people, just not the best bedside manner..
Dr. Le and staff were nice and made me feel very comfortable. I typically don't look forward to my routine cleanings because they usually hurt and are quite uncomfortable. But, my recent visit at Dr. Katrina Le's office was fantastic. The cleaning did not hurt one bit and I can say that I almost enjoyed it! Dr. Le was very thorough with my exam and clearly explained my gum measurements to me which was extremely helpful. I am looking forward to my next visit.
I use to go to Dr. Le when I was living in San Jose. I first went to see her when my tooth broke from eating a hard piece of candy. I was very nervous during my first visit with Dr. Le but she explained everything very thoroughly and fixed my tooth without any discomfort. I didn't even feel the shot or have sensitivity afterwards which was surprising because my teeth usually are sensitive for at least a couple months after I get dental work. I think that's when you know you found a good dentist.
